DATE: 1339 POSITION: Chapter House (on the map n°24) METHOD: painted panel
The Chapter Hall was intended to be a meeting room for the friars. The recent restoration has highlighted the two columns placed at the center of the room.
The right wall has a central door flanked by two Gothic arched windows divided into three section by two columns that allow you to enjoy a magnificent view of the Trinity cloister and convent, now home of the State Archives.
Paul Veneziano's piece is located on the opposite wall, within the pointed arch of Doge Francesco Dandolo's tomb.
